Trust Build Windows and Doors manufactures its products to meet—and exceed—industry standards. We provide warranties for our products with regard to manufacturing defects or workmanship shortcomings. This is a limited lifetime warranty under which all our products—doors and windows—are covered.
Installation
Trust Build Windows and Doors guarantees that our windows shall be free from defects at the time of installation. A notice period of 30 days is standard, within which Trust Build Windows and Doors provides repairs and/or replacements if an installation defect is discovered.
We advise proper care and maintenance of products to ensure that they last a long time.
Trust Build Windows and Doors will service its products as underlined in this policy for a period of up to 10 of years.
This warranty does not cover:
- Unpaid for installation
- Product or installation failures due to weather, water leakage, poor maintenance, and any other factors that Trust Build Windows and Doors does not control
- Non-Trust Build Windows and Doors products
- Trust Build Windows and Doors products installed by a third party
- When the buyer has problems with the product design after buying it
Windows
Trust Build Windows and Doors provides warranties for:
- Insulated glass wherein the seal between the glass and the edge has come off due to moisture or dirt. While cracked glass that is the result of a manufacturing defect is covered, the warranty does not cover broken glass.
- Painted glass wherein the paint has peeled or cracked due to installation issues. We are not responsible for re-painting.
Please note that Trust Build Windows and Doors does not cover:
- Consequential changes
- Damage to property
The warranty is also rendered null and void if the buyer modifies the product after purchase and installation.
Doors
Trust Build Windows and Doors provides warranties for:
- Patio doors with regard to insulated glass seal failure, hardware defects, workmanship defects, exterior paint. All such defects should be reported to the company within 10 years.
- Entry doors with regard to vinyl component defects, steel slabs, paint, insulated thermal units, blind shades and hardware for a period of 10 years.
- Storm doors with regard to aluminum and vinyl defects, insulated thermal units, factory-applied paint, and parts, for a period of up to 5 years.
