Trust Build Windows and Doors designs and manufactures its products to meet—and exceed—industry standards.
We stand behind our craftsmanship by offering warranties that cover manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
Our limited lifetime warranty ensures that all our products, including doors and windows, are protected under the terms of this policy.
Installation
Trust Build Windows and Doors guarantees that all installations are completed to the highest standards and free from defects at the time of completion.
To maintain long-term performance, we recommend proper care and maintenance of installed products.
Trust Build Windows and Doors will address installation-related concerns as outlined in this policy.
This warranty does not cover:
- Unpaid installations
- Installations performed by third parties
Windows
Trust Build Windows and Doors provides warranties for:
- Insulated glass wherein the seal between the glass and the edge has come off due to moisture or dirt. While cracked glass that is the result of a manufacturing defect is covered, the warranty does not cover broken glass.
- Painted glass wherein the paint has peeled or cracked due to installation issues. We are not responsible for re-painting.
Please note that Trust Build Windows and Doors does not cover:
- Consequential changes
- Damage to property
The warranty is also rendered null and void if the buyer modifies the product after purchase and installation.
Doors
Trust Build Windows and Doors provides warranties for:
- Patio doors with regard to insulated glass seal failure, hardware defects, workmanship defects, exterior paint. All such defects should be reported to the company within 10 years.
- Entry doors with regard to vinyl component defects, steel slabs, paint, insulated thermal units, blind shades and hardware for a period of 10 years.
- Storm doors with regard to aluminum and vinyl defects, insulated thermal units, factory-applied paint, and parts, for a period of up to 5 years.
