Fixed Casement Windows
There are two types of nonoperational windows available on the market. The first type are fix casement and the second type are picture windows (or some in the industry call it “lower profile.”)
Fix casements have the look, profile, thickness of the frame identical to casement windows. As you can see in the image below, half of the opening is casement and another half is fixed, but it impossible to say which one is which. Customers often choose this profile for symmetry: like to have frames identical on all window sections in the same opening, the same side of the house or across the house. Low-E Glass
During cold weather, the insulating effect of your windows has a direct impact on how your rooms feel. Over 90% of the exposed surface of a window is glazing. The temperature of the room directly affected by the efficiency of the glazing. The better insulated the window glass, the warmer your room will be.
Low-E glass is a strategic choice for lowering your home energy costs all-year-round. In winter, Low-E glass cuts down on heat loss by reducing radiant heat transfer and reflecting interior heat back into your room. In summer, Low-E glass windows help reduce the flow of hot air into the cool interior.
LowE glass it reduces transmission of the sun’s UV rays. UV-Rays cause of premature fading and degradation of fabrics, wood, and carpeting.
LowE 180
Cardinal LoĒ-180 delivers outstanding cold weather performance – its insulation value is excellent with a low 0.26 U-Factor. And with an SHGC of 0.69, it lets the winter sun’s heat pass into the home. It also blocks 71 percent of the sun’s harmful UV rays. While blocking out the cold and UV rays, it lets the daylight stream in – more light than ordinary low-e glass.
All windows at Trust Build are made with LowE-180 glass. This means that each window you receive delivers year-round comfort in all types of weather.
LowE 272
LoĒ²-272 is ideal for any climate, any weather. In a double-pane glass unit with Argon fill, Cardinal LoĒ²-272 glass delivers an SHGC of 0.40. U-factor is 0.25 and visible light transmission of 70%. All with no haze or bluish cast.
LowE 366
LoĒ³-366 is the ultimate performance glass, with energy savings throughout the year. LoĒ³-366 can be purchased in laminated glass, as well as in a variety of shapes and sizes. Cardinal LoĒ²-272 double glass unit filled with argon delivers an SHGC of 0.27, U-factor of 0.24 and visible light transmission of 63%.
Triple Pane Windows
Triple pane windows are among the best windows for conserving energy, noise reduction and realizing cost savings. 3 panes of glass (triple glazed unit) are coated with LowE coating of surface 2 and 5. this is exterior glass with inside unit coating. Spacers filled with Argon gas and between each glass pane is the Super Spacer foam spacers.

Privacy glass is designed to allow light into the home while preventing anyone from looking in. Perfect for bathrooms, bedrooms that face high traffic areas, or any window where privacy is desired.

Grills Style and Design Options
The internal grills are built using slim and lightweight aluminum bars (grids). glass unit resulting in maintenance and dust free grills while the glass surface remains smooth and easy to clean
SDL (Simulated Divided Light)
Exterior grills from 3/8″ to 2″ width are sealed to exterior and interior glass. SDL gives to the window luxury finish with crafted look.
Interior Finish Interior finish is an integral part of your windows decision-making process. At Trust Build we offer a selection of finishing options. Options include wood finish and vinyl finish inside, contemporary and classic rosettes and corners. We also will install custom trim suitable for your interior design.
